I made Sugar Cookie Pies yesterday.  They turned out OK, I would do a few things differently if I make them again.  I told my son, Andrew about them when I picked him up from his camp out.  first thing he did was get a large glass of milk and then a third of one of the pies.  My other son said it sounded cool, then weighed himself and decided not to have any.  My husband has neither commented or tried them.  I tried a very small piece and decided it was way to much sugar for me. <S>
